At The Macrame Laboratory, we want you to have a positive learning experience.
This Return Policy explains how refunds work for our digital courses, subscriptions, and downloadable products.

1. Online Courses (One-Time Purchases)

We offer a 7-day refund window for one-time course purchases.

Refunds will be granted if:

  • this is your first-time purchase of the course,

  • you have not accessed a substantial portion of the lessons,

  • you have complied with our Terms & Conditions.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • you accessed a significant portion of the video lessons,

  • you violated our Terms of Service (e.g., unauthorized sharing/downloading),

  • you repeatedly request refunds or show patterns of refund abuse.

To request a refund, email us at contact@themacramelaboratory.com with your order details.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

2. Subscriptions (Monthly / Annual)

Refunds

You may request a refund for your first subscription payment within 7 days of purchase.

After this period, subscription payments are non-refundable, including:

  • forgetting to cancel before renewal

  • partially used months

  • free trial periods that were not cancelled before they ended

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

If cancelled:

  • via your account → access ends immediately

  • via email → access continues until the end of the billing cycle

Subscription fees will not be prorated.

3. Digital Downloads (Patterns, PDFs, E-Books)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable products are final.

Refunds are not available for:

  • patterns

  • PDF guides

  • e-books

  • digital bundles

If you made a duplicate purchase or have issues accessing your files, contact us and we will assist you.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a problem accessing your course or digital files, email us at contact@themacramelaboratory.com, and we will help you resolve the issue promptly.
